In Ukraine, the gambling industry does exist, however it is illegal and the profits from it do not go into the State Treasury. If done correctly, the budget revenues will be great. But, at the moment this industry operates masked,

The coordinator of the Gambling Department of the “Smile Expo” Company believes that Ukraine should pay attention to the experience of Georgia, where the gaming industry has been legalized:
They have strict control over gambling activities, as well as many restrictions. Ukraine simply need to register it right.
Earlier, MP of Ukraine Vladyslav Bereza has already expressed his views on the legalization of gambling on the "Voice of Capital" radio station. According to the politician, legalization of the gambling industry in Ukraine is possible only after the Cabinet shake-up. According to the MP, some government officials deliberately forwarding a draft bill that works against the interests of the gaming sector.
